Delivery Update and Warehouse Move Completion

We are thrilled to announce that the transition to our new warehouse in the Netherlands is now complete! Back in July, we made the strategic decision to move part of our inventory from Miami to the Netherlands to streamline our operations and enhance efficiency.

Throughout this process, the majority of our customers have experienced no delays, as we were able to continue fulfilling orders with stock already stored in the Netherlands. For those who may have been impacted by the longer-than-expected transfer time due to logistical setbacks, we sincerely apologize.

We want to assure you that, together with our sister company Produvin in Miami, Rue Pinard is fully equipped to manage all logistical requirements. This ensures there will be no noticeable difference in the high level of service you have come to expect. We are already delivering from our new warehouse and expect to fully catch up on any outstanding orders within the next two weeks.
