Champagne Agrapart's Vénus 2013 is an exceptional Blanc de Blancs crafted exclusively from Chardonnay grapes sourced from the Grand Cru village of Avize in the Côte des Blancs. This cuvée is a tribute to Vénus, the horse that traditionally plowed the specific 60-are parcel, known as "La Fosse aux Pourceaux," planted in 1959. The vineyard is meticulously tended by hand, reflecting the estate's commitment to natural viticulture.
