The 2015 growing season began with a particularly cold spring, followed by a prolonged period of hot, dry weather until the end of August. Harvest commenced on September 7th under brilliant sunshine, yielding grapes of impeccable health, showcasing exceptional generosity and balance.

Tasting Notes: On the nose, this vintage presents a complex aromatic profile with intense roasted and cocoa notes, balanced by delicate floral aromas of lime blossom, jasmine, and peony. A bouquet of spices such as aniseed and cardamom elevates the experience, complemented by a fruity, botanical freshness with subtle hints of orange and green papaya.

The palate is vibrant and well-balanced, displaying flavors of citrus peel, white flowers, mint, white pepper, and slate. There's gorgeous tension and backbone, with bright saline notes that extend through the mid-palate and finish.
