The first release in The Dalmore Cask Curation series focuses on the influence of sherry casks. This luxurious set includes three single malts, finished in Vintage (42.1% ABV), Matusalem (44.1% ABV), and Apostoles (40.8% ABV) sherry casks from González Byass. Housed in a hand-crafted Saffiano leather case from Florence, Italy, the set draws inspiration from the long voyages of the casks. Limited to only 150 sets worldwide.

Tasting Notes:

  • Nose: Rich sherry, dried fruits, and chocolate.
  • Palate: Spiced orange, treacle, and roasted coffee.
  • Finish: Long, elegant, with lingering spices and oak.
